Learn more about therapy with me!

My niche is in working with teens and adults struggling to cope with anxiety, depression or the aftermath of traumatic events. I am also passionate about working with BIPOC communities; so if this is you, know that you will find a safe place to explore all aspects of your racial identity in our virtual therapy room.

Someone who works with me will get a psychologist who understands the intersection between the brain and body. I take the latest brain research and intertwine it into my clinical work to help clients obtain the best outcomes.

I also LOVE to travel the world… so you might find me in different parts of the country during our sessions!
