Your moods are out of control. At times, you don’t even feel like yourself and the things you’ve tried to help you cope up to this point either don’t help enough or don’t help for too long. Whether you are a parent looking for a therapist to help your teenager or a new mother to a beautiful baby, learning how to manage our moods is no easy task. Together, I will help you understand what’s going on, why you feel so moody, anxious or down, all the time and offer a goal-oriented approach to help improve your mood and ultimately, your life.

I offer a convenient & flexible option including therapy by phone or video from the comfort of your surroundings! You don’t need to leave your home to receive therapy!
