About Jennifer Winzenburg, BS (Intern)

My therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude. I strive to meet each client exactly where they are in life, creating a safe and trusting environment where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward. I believe in working collaboratively to explore concerns and uncover the origins of challenges, focusing on understanding and growth rather than prescribing solutions.

I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate trauma, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and person-centered techniques, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs.
