Learn more about therapy with me!

You’ve been holding it together for a while—but inside, it feels like you’re barely staying afloat. Maybe your mind is constantly racing, you’re stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or you’re feeling disconnected from who you used to be. Life has gotten heavy, and even simple tasks feel overwhelming. You’re craving relief, clarity, and a sense of peace—but you’re not sure where to start.

As a Counseling Intern and Board-Certified Music Therapist, I help people like you slow down, feel heard, and find practical, meaningful ways to feel better. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other focused approaches, we’ll work together to untangle what’s keeping you stuck and build the skills and insight you need to move forward.

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the healing power of music—a powerful tool that can help express what words sometimes can’t. Whether we use music or stick to traditional talk therapy, our work will be guided by compassion, creativity, and a deep respect for your unique journey.

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Let’s take the first step together.
