Learn more about therapy with me!
As a counselor who values each person’s unique story, I’m committed to helping you feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is for you to leave sessions with greater hope, renewed confidence, and practical strategies that help you move forward with purpose and intention.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about your next steps, therapy helps you to slow down, process your experiences, and reconnect with your strengths. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, past hurts, or questions about your identity and purpose, I’ll work alongside you to help you gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
In sessions, you can expect to feel supported as you explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you from living the life you want. I will help you develop practical tools for managing stress, regulating emotions, improving relationships, and navigating challenges with greater resilience. As therapy progresses, many clients experience increased self-awareness, healthier boundaries, stronger coping skills, and a greater sense of empowerment in their daily lives.
I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles and courageous enough to pursue growth. I’ll help create an environment where you can bring your whole self into the room—your questions, fears, hopes, and goals—and be met with compassion and understanding. Together, we will work toward healing from past wounds, building on your strengths, and creating lasting change that aligns with the person you want to become.
Nikki is under supervision with Kayce Bragg, LPCS.
