IS ONLINE THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME?
Your mind is filled with thoughts of worry or fear, your body reacts with uncomfortable sensations, and you want to avoid or escape situations. You often feel sad and don’t understand why, or how to feel relief. Do you avoid activities that could be enjoyable, which affect your relationships and social life? Are you lacking the motivation or energy for daily tasks that used to be automatic? Maybe you experienced a horrible event, or a painful, stressful period in your life and you believe your life is forever changed. If you experienced this struggle prior to Covid-19, your feelings are likely heightened right now.
Online therapy can help you navigate through your suffering while providing support and safety for you to be vulnerable. With my expertise on the impact of trauma across the lifespan I will foster understanding of how your brain has creatively re-wired based on your experiences. Dina addresses the areas of the brain, mind and body with compassion, curiosity and authenticity.
