Many people feel like they just don’t fit in to the typical norms of society. Maybe you are one of them…where life growing up felt a little “off” but you couldn’t figure out why. The world around you, social situations, your inner emotions, were much more complicated to understand. As an adult, you are ready to figure out if there is a reason for all the confusion and oftentimes, lonliness.

It is oftentimes misunderstood what being on the Autism Spectrum is all about. Maybe you’ve heard about Autism or Aspergers (an old term still used in non-clinical environments today) and wondered if those symptoms sound all too familiar. Or, maybe your child or someone in your family was recently diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

I am highly trained in the assessment of children and adults on the Autism spectrum as well as counseling interventions to help my clients find one’s own rhythm within society at large.
