Learn more about therapy with me!
Your moods are out of control. At times, you don’t even feel like yourself and the things you’ve tried to help you cope up to this point either don’t help enough or don’t help for too long. Whether you are a parent looking for a therapist to help your teenager, an adult struggling with adulting, or a new mother to a beautiful baby, learning how to manage our moods is no easy task. Together, I will help you understand what’s going on, why you feel so moody, anxious or down, and offer a goal-oriented approach to help improve your mood and ultimately, your life.
I offer an integrative approach to working with adolescents and adults, primarily on an individual basis to address a wide range of emotional, developmental, trauma, and behavioral issues. I offer the convenient & flexible option of virtual therapy from the comfort of your surroundings! You don’t need to leave your home to receive therapy!
