Learn more about therapy with me!
I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship and fostering a healing, trusting relationship between therapist and the individual seeking support. Everyone’s experiences and challenges are unique to them. I will work along side of you to help identify nonhelpful coping strategies and support the development of new, more helpful ones.
I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to be able to show up as your true self. I am able to support you and your child to resolve fears, worries, sadness, and build healthy esteem and assist you in providing on-going support for you and your child. I work with clients of all ages and I will partner with you on your journey towards healing, progress and growth.
My passion is helping those with different abilities or those who have struggled to feel like they fit in. I have a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. I am adoption competent and LGBTQ+ ally.
