My therapeutic approach is to meet every client exactly where they are in life with warmth, non-judgment, empathy and stellar listening skills to facilitate a trusting client-counselor relationship. I provide a safe space to address client’s concerns and origins of issues to find understanding and create change.
I want my clients to feel in control and supported by me as the therapist. In my role as your therapist, I aim to create a secure environment where you can express yourself genuinely, knowing that you are heard and accepted. I approach our sessions without judgement, and my goal isn’t to prescribe specific actions. Rather, we’ll collaborate as a team to discern the necessary steps for you to move positively forward in your life.
