MEET RANDY BRYANT
Randy Bryant is a native of Columbia, SC. She attended Columbia College where she earned a BA in Behavioral Science and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. She is expected to graduate in December of 2021.
Throughout her studies at LR she has taken courses in ACT, career counseling, and diversity. Outside of school she has earned certification in Mental Health First Aid and received training in Perinatal Mental Health & Black Birth Trauma. As a mom, Randy understands the stressors and emotions mothers go through and has taken an interest in maternal mental health. In the spring she will be obtaining certification in Maternal Mental Health.
Randy believes that therapy is a partnership between counselor and client where they work together to find clarity and healing from their problems. You can think of your therapist as your headlights on a foggy day; Randy is here to help you see things that are just out of focus. She believes in using strength based therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy approaches to help her clients see they have the tools to foster their healing.
In her free time Randy enjoys going to the zoo with her daughter, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Randy is an intern and under Supervision of Kayce Bragg, LPC-SC (# 6055), LAC (#369)
