David Mancuso is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts and soon, he will also be licensed in Florida where he currently resides.
He is an experienced and driven communicator and healer, with a passion for cultivating healthy, heart-centered growth for individuals he works with.
David has several specialities that make his brand of therapy unique. He has 12 years experience helping people with low self-worth, identity issues, anxiety and depression. He specializes in a few areas…
First, in helping men reclaim their identity and function more effectively in their lives and relationships. A big part of my work also centers around helping men navigate relationships and deal with the aftermath when they end.
Second, he’s expert at working with couples who want to strengthen their relationships and gain more intimacy in their lives. He helps couples heal and reclaim their love utilizing a multi-faceted approach.
He offers a direct and interactive therapeutic style that does not include sitting back and only listening. He will work together with you to help you to take action and move beyond feeling stuck.
Ashley is an intern attending her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. Ashley is a conscientious, empathetic, and results-driven therapist. She’s got a passion for helping advocate for child welfare and the unification of families among diverse members of the population.

Samantha Toney is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida. Samantha graduated from Nova Southeastern University with Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (Now Couples and Family Therapy). Samantha continued her education with advanced course work in Family Therapy which provides her greater understanding in systems therapy.
Samantha has collaborated with a variety of individuals working to cope with substance use and mental health disorders within various contexts including community mental health, treatment centers and e-therapy.
Samantha most enjoys working with people to explore the social constructs, family dynamics and belief systems which prevent them from living their desired life. Samantha believes that her role is like that of an archeologist, to assist you to uncover your strengths and values to move forward while creating new behaviors to support your mental health in the future.
As a mixed-race woman, Samantha also enjoys working with people with racial identity concern and/or social justice explorations. She enjoys working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, interpersonal conflict/relational issues, life transitions, self-care challenges, and body image/self-acceptance.
Outside of the office Samantha enjoys exploring new worlds in books and television, singing along to her favorite tunes, crafting and spending time with family and friends.
Carolyn Abrahamzon graduated from Walden University with her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in South Carolina and is also a Nationally Certified Counselor.
Trained in trauma-informed interventions and adoptee-centric therapy, Carolyn enjoys working with adults dealing with trauma, adult adoptees, and couples. With a person-centered approach, she believes in working collaboratively with clients to create a safe, supportive environment for exploration and growth. Carolyn is committed to meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to their individual needs and preferences.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys hiking and backpacking in nature, powerlifting, and spending time with family, currently residing in Columbia with her husband, two children, and dog Lola. With Carolyn as your therapist, you can expect a warm, compassionate presence dedicated to helping you find healing, connection, and empowerment in your journey towards well-being.

Barbara Wormington holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and is set to graduate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in December of this year. Barbara is currently working under Kaycee Bragg to obtain her professional licensure in the state of Minnesota.
She holds experience working with adolescents and currently works for Children’s Minnesota Partial Hospitalization Program in their Mental Health Department. She has also completed an internship working at the University of Minnesota’s Partial Hospitalization Program for youth with mental health concerns.
Barbara is a dedicated listener that specializes in working with families, young children, and adolescents. She believes in treating the whole person with unconditional positive regard. She has experience working in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and leading group therapy. She enjoys helping people understand their potential and use their lived experiences to grow and understand their potential.
Barbara is a divorced, queer, Native American woman who in her personal life is raising a queer, gender fluid twelve year old while co-parenting with her best friend. She co-hosts a podcast about co-parenting and loves helping others on their journey of raising kids in such a unique time. She is an ally, antiracist, advocate for human rights that fights for equality everyday. In her free time she loves being outside, traveling, and hanging out with her rescue pup Norah.

Diana Jochai, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California. She earned a BS degree in Psychobiology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University in California. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in Health Psychology with Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan. Following which, she did her postdoctoral fellowship in Health Psychology and Rehabilitation with Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Diana Jochai has an integrative approach to psychotherapy with an extensive experience in empirically- and theoretically-based interventions. To help support an individual’s wellbeing and aid with improvement in their quality of life, she draws from principles and processes empirically defined in neurobiology, social and clinical psychology. Her work is further informed by existentially based humanistic approach to treatment.
Dr. Diana Jochai has worked with adolescents and adults with relational difficulties, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and developmental trauma. Dr. Diana Jochai has also worked with professionals early in their career or while in training (e.g., medical residency) to aid with professional development and wellbeing.
In her free time, Dr. Diana Jochai enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves taking walks along the beach, reading, and watching mystery series.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of NY, ME and FL. I graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University in 2005 and before that with a B.A. in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz.
I’ve worked in mental health for over 15 years. I’ve been fortunate to have had a lot of great career opportunities across the mental health and medical fields (in both inpatient and outpatient settings) including being a therapist. I have had jobs that I loved (and some that I didn’t love as much). I taught graduate school social work students for several years, too.
Being a therapist has always felt like home to me and it’s where I do my best work. I’m grateful for the opportunity I am given to help others.

Rebeckah Atkinson is a resident of West Columbia, South Carolina. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina in December 2018, and she is currently completing her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Webster University (Columbia, SC). She is on track to graduate in the Spring of 2024.
Through her undergraduate and graduate studies, Rebeckah has taken extensive courses related to lifespan development and the psychology of personality and behavior. She has also focused on social, community, and multicultural issues; child and adolescent advocacy; substance abuse; group counseling; family systems; trauma; blended families; marriage; children; lifestyle and career development; and parenting.
Rebeckah believes that coming to therapy is a powerful step in the healing process. She aspires to create an open, empathetic, culturally sensitive environment in which clients can express their mental health or life concerns in a judgement free environment. She employs an integrative, trauma-informed approach to counseling that includes person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems therapy techniques. As a member of the American Counseling Association, Rebeckah has completed continuing education credits for distance counseling, telehealth, and best practices for following regulations and guidelines. Nikki Arthur holds a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling & Marriage and Family Therapy from The Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She has over two decades of experience in the mental health field; the last fifteen years providing therapeutic services to individuals & couples.
Nikki works most effectively with people who are open to increasing their connection with mind and body and a willingness to address this connection through mindfulness practices. Mindfulness is defined by Jon Kabat Zinn as “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.” Nikki believes utilizing mindfulness can allow clients to fully explore their emotions through the lenses of curiosity and compassion which can lead to decreased suffering and ease in dealing with the stressors that life inevitably brings. Mindfulness also appeals to Nikki’s background in research as mindfulness continues to show effectiveness in treating a variety of clinical concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, recurrent depression, chronic pain, and ADHD.
Nikki’s approach to therapy is systemic, collaborative and strength-based. In addition to mindfulness, her work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory and the latest neuroscience research. Nikki utilizes these methods to increase her clients’ ability to experience their thoughts and feelings with openness and non-judgment, while practicing self-compassion.
Nikki’s special interests include working with individuals & couples struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, family/couple conflict and wellness/stress management. Jonathan Levin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of Pennsylvania and Iowa. Jonathan received his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Michigan in 1991. He later went on to get his Masters of Social Work from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998.
Jonathan has had a wide variety of clinical experiences. He works with different age groups including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Jonathan has over twenty years of experience working in a variety of settings including schools, private mental health agencies, and private practice. He has done everything from working with the elderly in poverty-stricken areas of Chicago, to being a school social worker working and with students with emotional difficulties. He has broad clinical training using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. He uses these counseling approaches to better his client’s positive outcomes through therapy.
Jonathan has had his own private practice for the last 14 years. And, he has been exclusively seeing clients online for the last six years. He works online in private practice with students who attend online schools in Pennsylvania. He provides students with emotional and behavioral support. His clinical style with teens and families has been widely recognized by his medical colleagues. Because he takes a unique approach and has the ability to engage with them with compassion and empathy. Ultimately, he works with them to help them achieve their mental wellness goals.
Jonathan also took time away from his practice to travel to Sierra Leone during the Ebola crisis. And, it was there that he worked with the citizens providing them with mental health training. His goal was to help them deal with the current crisis and to train them to provide social service support to their own communities. Currently, Jonathan is still connected to this project. He provides mentorship and training online to many Sierra Leoneans.
Jonathan believes that each one of his clients has the ability to grow and make changes in online therapy. He wants to help them meet their mental health goals. Ultimately, he believes the purpose of therapy is to empower the client. This will allow them to tell their story and learn to believe in their full potential.
Jonathan currently lives in Israel with his family. He enjoys walks with his 3 dogs, running, and spending time with his family.
John holds a master’s degree in professional counseling from Marquette University in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He is an active member of the NBCC (national board of certified licensed professional counselors) in the state of Wisconsin and has spent the past 13 years working for a national nonprofit behavioral health organization. John also has previous experience providing care in an acute residential program that specializes in serving adults from all over the country with depression and anxiety related disorders.
John is passionate about connecting with people from all walks of life and loves learning about the unique experiences and perspectives that people have. John believes that the cornerstone of effective therapy begins with an authentic and egalitarian connection between therapist and client.
John’s clinical approach is steeped in the training and experience he has providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to individuals, groups, and families. In his spare time John loves spending time with his wife, three children and golden retriever. John is an avid runner, humble yogi, aspiring Spanish speaker and loves to travel and hear about other’s travel experiences, especially over coffee.
Jean Storlie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) in the state of Minnesota. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, families and adults that are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Jean is passionate about helping clients of all ages to feel safe and heard and believes that the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. Jean fosters a healing, trusting relationship with all individuals seeking support.
Jean has a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. Everyone’s experiences and challenges are unique to them. Jean meets clients where they are at and believes we are all good people, doing the best we can with the circumstances we have. As an autistic therapist, she is able to provide a unique perspective and assessments evaluating for Autism, with a focus on adults and those assigned gender female at birth (AFAB). Jacqueline Niccolai graduated from Grand Canyon University and earned her master’s degree in Professional Counseling in October 2021. She is currently licensed in Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Jacqueline is also a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC).
Jacqueline has experience providing peer counseling for women in crisis or that have experienced sexual trauma. She, and her husband, have taken workshop classes in order to become marriage mentors in the community. Her preferred model for therapy is Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Jacqueline believes in a holistic approach to working with clients which focuses on more than symptoms but on the person as a whole. While there are many areas of clinical interest, PTSD, trauma and sexual trauma are currently her niche.
In a small town in Wisconsin, Jacqueline lives with her four children. They love family game nights, bowling and bike riding on the shore of Lake Michigan.
Erika Davis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Social worker in the state of Minnesota. She has over 15 years of experience working with children and parents that are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and various school and family stressors. Erika is passionate about helping children and parents feel safe and heard as they learn, problem-solve, and find new ways of thinking and feeling.
Erika brings warmth, genuineness, and compassion to the therapeutic relationship. She is open-minded, positive, and collaborative in her approach. Erika believes everyone has their own strengths and ideas, but sometimes get stuck and need a safe place to explore opportunities for growth.

Erika also recently became certified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher! She uses elements of yoga and somatic work inside of her sessions with kids to help them connect big emotions to their bodily sensations (like tummy aches, headaches, and other mood related physical complaints).

Emili is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Iowa and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. Emili received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art with a minor in Religion from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. Emili went on to complete her Master of Education degree (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, as well as a Community College Teaching Certificate, from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
She worked with college students at a private university for three years as a student affairs professional. During that time, Emili found her passion for working with individuals in one-on-one and small group interactions during this transitional stage of life, as well as through high stress and crisis situations.
The importance of mental health and wellness was very apparent working in the university setting with students at various stages of their college careers and coming from diverse backgrounds. During this stage of her professional career, she was a member of the Iowa Student Personnel Association (ISPA) and served as the chairperson one year for the ISPA Annual Conference. She was trained in Fierce Conversations and became certified as the highest level Fierce Conversations facilitator.
Emili paused her professional career in higher education to return to complete her Master of Arts degree (M.A.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota (CACREP accredited).
She completed her counseling internship in a faith-based, college counseling center. Emili’s first professional experience was through SAMSA’s Project AWARE grant providing therapy in a school-based setting. She has gained experience teaching as an adjunct professor at a community college.
Most recently, Emili worked in a community mental health agency providing therapy to adolescents, adults of all ages, and couples for nearly five years. In addition to her work as a therapist, Emili has worked part-time providing crisis services to individuals and families struggling with mental health crises. Agriculture has been part of Emili’s life since childhood, and she is also passionate about providing access to mental health care in rural, agricultural communities.
She has experience treating individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, all severities of depression, employment issues, chronic health issues, relationship distress, as well post-traumatic stress disorder.
Emili is most passionate about helping individuals struggling to cope with the complexities of grief and loss of all forms, including those struggling to understand the most unimaginable tragedies in life. Dr. Patricia Evans is a licensed psychologist in the state of Minnesota and is a part of the telehealth compact called PsyPact, where she can work with clients who reside in 30+ states. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Minnesota and then completed her pre-doctoral internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland in Behavioral Pediatrics and Adult Behavioral Medicine.
She then became a professor in Clinical and Behavioral Psychology at the University of Puget Sound in Washington State. While on the West coast, she completed a Senior Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Washington Medical School, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
Dr. Evans returned to Minnesota where she worked at Aspen Medical Group and Allina Health for more than 30 years. At Aspen Medical Group she was the head of the Behavioral Medicine Program and Co-Director of the doctoral-level internship program for many years. She has been in private practice for the past 2 years.
She has extensive experience treating children, teens and adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. Her therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Ten years ago, after extensive training and treatment of sleep disorders, she became board certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine through the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Two years ago, she became a diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. Her primary specialties at this time are sleep psychology, health psychology and anxiety problems.
Dr. Evans sees children (as young as 18 months of age) and teens for sleep issues and OCD. She sees adults and seniors for general mental health issues. With children, the family is involved in the therapy process. With teens, therapy is often a combination of individual and family.
Dr. Evans lives in the Southwest Metro. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and her grand-dog, traveling, gardening, and playing pickleball.

She has over 25 years of experience working at the University of Minnesota in the Department of Psychiatry, assisting adolescents, adults, and families who struggle with substance use disorders and other addiction issues.
Andria also works with people who experience anxiety, depression, and other stressful life circumstances. She understands that sometimes life can feel difficult or overwhelming, and she admires people’s courage to seek assistance with these inevitable challenges in life. Andria loves working with individuals, couples, and families to help bring about changes to make life and relationships more satisfying.

Outside of work, Andria enjoys spending time with her husband and three children up at their cabin or travelling to new destinations. She loves animals of all sorts, but has a special place in her heart for dogs. She also loves to be creative and crafty, and hopes to learn how to cook someday!

Allison Ames is a Master’s Level Social Worker with a Clinical License in Michigan. She started her career with a Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2012 at a community mental health clinic. Enjoying her work and wanting to be able to help people through providing individual therapy, Allison went back to school at Michigan State University in 2015 to get her Master of Social Work-Clinical degree and graduated with honors in 2017. Allison most recently worked for a non-profit agency serving survivors of sexual assault, stalking, and domestic violence providing therapy to survivors of all ages to assist them in their recovery and resiliency journey.
When the pandemic necessitated therapy to switch to online in 2020, Allison saw the benefits and reduced barriers this provided to clients and inspired her to pursue online therapy as a career.
Allison enjoys working with teens and adults who have difficulty with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, personality disorders, schizophrenia, relationship struggles, trauma, adapting to major life changes, and managing stress. She has seen and supported clients through adapting to the inevitable changes life brings, whether stress caused by home or work life, grief and loss, or general self-esteem issues.
Allison uses Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches to support adults with mental illness in working towards their individual goals and navigating unique life challenges to build their idea of a life worth living.

Allison currently lives in Michigan near the shore of Lake Huron and practices having her own balanced life by spending time with her family and pets, being out in nature, traveling, and making time for quieter hobbies such as reading and art.
Kayce Bragg is a Board-Certified Licensed Professional Counselor, Supervisor, and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of South Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Kansas, Georgia, Washington and registered to provide telehealth services in Florida. Kayce is currently studying for her Doctorate degree in Psychology.
Kayce worked in the community mental health field since 2011 and was the Clinical Director for a statewide non-profit organization that serves adults with severe and persistent mental illness such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and various other Mood/Psychotic Disorders.
At the beginning of 2016, Kayce branched out to private practice, providing telehealth therapy services to the residents of South Carolina through online platforms using messaging, phone, and video tools. She specializes in treating such issues as depression, anxiety, difficulty adapting to life situations, relationship issues, stress caused by pressure at work or home, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, other difficulties maintaining life balance, developing coping skills, interpersonal skills, independent living skills, stress management, personal empowerment and advocacy, healthy leisure habits, and other important life skills. She also has experience with addictions issues and is equipped to help with related problems.
Kayce is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) treatment for trauma. She tends to use a model for therapy that integrates brief and time-limited solution-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology and other modalities that focus more on what you are experiencing in the here and now as well as coming up with solutions to help you feel better and maintain improved balance in life. She believes in treating the mind, body, and spirit and the importance of the whole well-rounded person, and she is passionate about fighting for the rights of those with mental illness while eradicating stigma.
The Midlands of SC is where Kayce calls home along with her husband, four children, and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting, taking dance classes, and going to the beach!
Dr. Lisa Lovelace is the founder of Synergy eTherapy and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York and is registered as a tele-health provider in Florida. Dr. Lisa is also a part of PSYPACT, which allows psychologists to see clients who are physically located in any state that has joined PsyPact!
Dr. Lisa has over 20 years of post graduate level clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults who suffer from a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance abuse and other emotional or behavioral disorders.
Before moving back to her hometown of Minneapolis, Dr. Lisa worked in New York City as a clinical director for a grant-funded substance abuse treatment program for teens at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital Center, Child and Family Institute. During this time, Dr. Lisa was also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychology (in Psychiatry) at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she enjoyed teaching and supervising psychology and psychiatry trainees. She received several honors throughout her career including Psi Chi Honors in Psychology, Teacher of the Year – St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, and Supervisor of the Year – St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital.
Dr. Lisa enjoys working with older kids, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship and family discord, and more. Dr. Lisa typically uses a Cognitive-Behavioral approach in therapy, along with elements of Mindfulness and relaxation skill building to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is a technique that uses rapid eye movements to “…reprogram the way in which distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.” This approach is very specific and directive in nature. Dr. Nicole Smith is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Minnesota, Wisconsin and New York and has years of experience working with older children, teens, and adults of all ages. She is also a part of PsyPact, a telehealth compact where she can see clients in over 27+ states! Dr. Nicole is a veteran of the US Air Force and completed her undergraduate education while stationed in England.
She graduated from the UMUC, Europe with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration and holds a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology in Milwaukee, WI. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in infant and child psychology at the Institute for Infant and Preschool Mental Health in East Orange, NJ and completed her post-doctoral fellowship in infant/child/adolescent psychology at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, in NYC.
Dr. Nicole has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, hospitals, group homes, in-home, and now online! She has experience providing treatment for all types of difficulties that include trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, personality disorders, parenting problems, mother/infant attachment issues, adolescent issues, Autism Spectrum Disorders, psychological assessment, and general life difficulties.
She enjoys helping others to make permanent change in their lives for the better and to reach their full potential by staying in tune with themselves and maintaining “connectedness.” Dr. Nicole does this in her own life by exercising, enjoying nature, spending time with her family (including her beloved dog) and friends.

Dr. Amanda Dutton has a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix and a PhD in health psychology, trained in Integrative Nutrition for Mental Health. She is licensed in professional counseling (LPC) in the states of Georgia and Colorado and is registered to provide telehealth in Florida.
Dr. Amanda has been providing counseling in a variety of settings, including community mental health, hospitals and in private practice since 2011. She has been serving adults with depression, anxiety, chronic pain and illness as well as individuals who have had or are considering bariatric surgery. Having had successful bariatric surgery in 2005, Amanda has a special interest in this community. She enjoys working with her clients using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including solution-focused and a blend of person-centered and narrative approaches. Amanda is warm and compassionate, balancing collaboration with her clients with a desire to help them move forward in their lives.
Outside of work, Dr. Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and children as well as their three dogs. She has a passion for reading and music as well as a love of the beach. When she is not spending time with her family, she enjoys being creative and spending time online.
Dr. Dina Cuervo, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California. She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University (APA accredited). She completed her doctoral internship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York providing individual and group therapy to youth with substance abuse disorders, trauma, depression and severe behavioral issues. She completed her post-doctoral Fellowship at the University of California San Francisco-General Hospital consulting and performing clinical services to bring trauma sensitive practices to an urban inner-city school including mindfulness practices to teachers.
Dr. Dina has extensive training in Gestalt Therapy which focuses on the individual’s unique experience in the present moment and how unhealthy behavioral patterns have been created to adjust to their environment. Although she is rooted in Gestalt Therapy, she has also received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in her early graduate career at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She has also conducted research and presented in national conferences in the area of child psychology and secondary traumatic stress. She specializes in the treatment of trauma with adolescents.

Dr. Dina’s expertise is in the area of adolescent and adult depression, trauma, anxiety, self-harm behaviors and behavioral challenges. She also has training and experience working effectively with children with Autism.

In her free time, Dr. Dina enjoys AcroYoga, traditional yoga, strength training, outdoor activities, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and is always up for an adventure.
